1)  If you are a new customer (i.e. you’ve never used a Stank Product before), you are covered under our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. This means that if you’re not happy with your first order, you can contact us and if we are unable to solve your issue, you will be refunded your original order price. All we ask is that you try the product first, use it as per our instructions and be open to solutions we can offer!

To claim under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, we require you to contact us within 30 days of the product arriving at your delivery address and must include details of why you wish to submit a claim under the satisfaction guarantee. You can contact us here.

2) if there is a problem with the product (shipping or QC), we want to know and will make it right by way of replacement or refund.

Our STANK warehouse is busy packing your order to get it out to you as soon as possible! Once they’re picked, packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a shipping notification along with your tracking/reference number.

Domestic orders in Canada we estimate 3-7 working days.

For USA orders, we estimate deliver to be 7-10 working days, but it could be up to three weeks from date of shipment pending on Customs delays...
